To invest the capital allocation for phase two of the Children’s Playgrounds Programme as detailed in the Officers Decision report and to approve the need for consultation.

Reasons for the Decision:

To seek the approval of the Decision Maker to invest the capital allocation for phase two of the Children’s Playgrounds Programme and to ensure that the consultation process enables officers to understand the needs of potential users.
