Under Section 4C3 of the Responsibility for Functions document (Appendix 9 of the Council’s Constitution) the Strategic Director of Adult Care, Housing and Public Health is authorised to discharge executive functions through the commissioning and provision of social services for adults and public health services for the whole population and delivery of housing for the Borough, including: -

To seek approval to gather feedback from all parents who received a Rotherham Baby pack, regarding their experience with the pilot scheme, in order to inform future decision-making.

Formal Consultation: Seeking feedback from parents to inform a future Cabinet paper about the progress of the Rotherham Baby Pack Pilot, which will inform future recommissioning.
