To approve the procurement 22-167a External Contractor Framework

Reasons for the Decision:

To allow Highways Service to access to the Framework containing external works providers to support the delivery of planned maintenance and capital improvement schemes.

No alternative options considered.

The external framework allows the service to manage workloads and delivery expectations without increasing risk to the Council.
