It is recommended that the delegated officer draws down the allocated capacity funding to ensure the Neighbourhood Board and accountable body are prepared for the commencement of the investment programme.

The delegated officer could choose not to draw down the capacity funding. However, Government has allocated this funding specifically for supporting the commencement of the Pride in Place Scheme and building capacity in communities.
