To approve the procurement 22-097 Operated and Non-Operated Plant Hire Framework 2026 - £18,000,000

Reasons for the Decision:

To allow Highways Service to access to the Framework containing external works providers to support the delivery of planned maintenance and capital improvement schemes.

The framework allows the service to manage workloads and delivery expectations without increasing risk to the Council.
