Decision:

To award and enter a contract following a procurement process for the supply and distribution of baby packs within Rotherham to a chosen provider, at a value of £1,640,000 exclusive of VAT.

 

Reasons for the Decision:

The result of a competitive procurement procedure undertaken in compliance with the Council's Financial and Procurement Procedure Rules and the Procurement Act 2023 as agreed in the Cabinet Paper of 9 February 2026.

 

The successful provider after evaluation was Field Management Ireland (FMI) Ltd.

 

The Tender Evaluation Report and award recommendation has been approved by the relevant parties.
