Brief Description of Decision:

To award a tender to carry out refurbishment and alteration works at Cherry Tree House, Rotherham. The proposal is to adapt Cherry Tree House to meet the proposed tenants’ physical and sensory needs to ensure the accommodation is suitable in that it is ground level, has track hoisting and has storage space.

Reasons for the Decision:

Having concluded a procurement exercise, O&P Construction Service Ltd submitted the most economically advantageous tender to complete the works.
