Brief Description of Decision:

To give approval for the making and confirmation of a Definitive Map Modification Order to add a number of unrecorded footpaths to the Definitive Map for the Parish of Wickersley.

Reasons for the Decision:

Claims have been submitted by members of the public to assert use of numerous unrecorded footpaths, under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 it is the duty of the Local Highways Authority to investigate such claims.
