Brief Description of Decision:

That the Council provides consent to the transfer and acquisition of land (land swap) at the Millfold House Development site, off Westgate, Rotherham Town Centre

Reasons for the Decision:

As part of the proposed development, which is being delivered by the Council’s Strategic Housing & Investment Team, in order to provide for a larger density development it has been agreed to undertake a land swap with the adjacent third party land owners to the site. This will enable the Council to add a further 6 apartments to the proposed development.
