1.    That with regard to the Proposed 50mph speed limit – A630 Rotherway, Rotherham Gateway and Sheffield Parkway, as shown on drawing number 126/46/TT105 attached as Appendix 2 to the officer’s report that:

                                 i.         the usual statutory consultations to be undertaken.

                                ii.         the Assistant Director of Legal Services to prepare the draft order and notices.

                               iii.         The proposals to be advertised.

                              iv.         The order to be made subject to there being no objections received.

Reasons for the Decision:

To enable the processes to be carried out regarding the implementation of the proposed 50mph speed limit – A630 Rotherway, Rotherham Gateway and Sheffield Parkway.
