To promote, consider objections to and implement Traffic Regulation Orders under the Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Brief Description of Decision:

Approval of the implementation of the extended 30mph speed limit on Cumwell Lane, Hellaby.

Reasons for the Decision:

To improve the road safety environment for all vulnerable road users along Cumwell Lane, Hellaby.

Details of alternative options considered and rejected:

Do nothing. This option is not being promoted as this does not resolve the road safety concerns raised of having a change in speed limit in an inappropriate location.
