Entry of LNRS projects in Greasbrough and Hellaby into the Transport Capital Programme

Reasons for the Decision:

To enable delivery of projects under the LNRS theme within the approvals at Cabinet, 19^th December 2022.

Details of alternative options considered and rejected:

Not approving would hinder the delivery of Cabinet approved priorities and may put at risk external funding (in the case of the Hellaby proposal in light of linkages to the wider Transforming Cities Fund project).
