Brief Description of Decision:

Approval of the implementation of a 20mph zone on various roads currently under construction as part of an approved planning application for a new housing estate off Grange Lane, Maltby

Reasons for the Decision:

To improve the road safety environment for all vulnerable road users within the estate.

Details of alternative options considered and rejected:

Do nothing. This option is not being promoted as this does not introduce any additional road safety improvements that have been conditioned as part of the approved planning application.
