Brief Description of Decision:

Rotherham Civic Theatre will commission Imagine Theatre to undertake the production of the annual pantomime for the 2023/4 season.

The contract includes all aspects of production, casting, staffing and delivery.

Reasons for the Decision:

To enable the provision of the annual Pantomime with Imagine Theatre to be extended by one year.

Details of alternative options considered and rejected:

Full Tender process which would have needed to take place at least 18 months prior to the pantomime opening to allow for development and production timescales
