Brief Description of Decision: 

Approval was given to request ERP0269 for the flexible retirement of an employee in the Adult Care, Housing & Public Health Directorate.

Reasons for the Decision:

The Panel considered this request for flexible retirement for the individual to reduce their working hours from full-time to 18.5 hours.  This was at no cost to the Council and supported by the Service.
