Brief Description of Decision:

To close each HWRC to allow new assets and infrastructure to be installed at sites.  Each site will be required to close for one day:-

• Warren Vale, Rawmarsh – 30^th October 2023
• Magilla, North Anston – 1^st November 2023
• Car Hill, Greasbrough – 2^nd November 2023
• Lidget Lane, Bramley – 3^rd November 2023

Reasons for the Decision:

To allow the current assets to be removed and the new Council assets to be installed safely and correctly

Details of alternative options considered and rejected:

There are no other viable alternatives available to allow the exchange of assets for the new contract.
