A decision to install speed humps on Racecourse Road, Swinton has been undertaken by Rotherham Council on the 1st December 2023. The Council has failed to inform the residents of their decision even to this date (05/02/2024). We want the Council to overturn the decision of installing speed humps on Racecourse Road for a number of reasons. The installation will cost the tax-payer £68,000 and will increase noise and air pollution for local residents.
