Removal of Upper Millgate Benches

We the undersigned petition the council to ask the Council to remove the benches on Upper Millgate next to the Minster Garden away from shops where street drinkers sit day and night time.

Removal of the benches on Upper Millgate in hope street drinkers will not be outside spoiling the town centre.
