Swinton Town Centre: Land Disposal and amendment to Land Transfer Agreement

 

 

Following Cabinet approval in January 2020, in October 2020 an officer delegation was exercised to agree any land disposal required, the appointment of the preferred bidder and finalisation of the development agreement regarding the consent to the transfer of land at Station Street, Swinton at a nil (£0) consideration in lieu of the Capital Works to the retained land.

 

An amendment to the Land Transfer agreement to remove a buy back condition on the Phase 1 land is now required.
