The Rotherham Sea Cadets are leasing Falding Street Chapel from the Council, however significant repairs are due on the building, which has led to the Sea Cadets moving into Masbrough and Thornhill Community Centre. The Falding Street Chapel is surplus to the Council’s operational requirements and due to the poor condition of the building, it is recommended that the building is sold at the earliest time.
