Cabinet accepted CRSTS funding to progress the mainline station OBC and delegated authority to award a contract to Transport for the North (TfN) to complete modelling work necessary to support the Mainline Station Outline Business Case.
The decision is to increase the TfN contract value to ensure the additional scope and required amendments to the model can be completed to facilitate delivery of key outputs for the OBC.
