Financial Information Management System Replacement

The Council have utilised the current financial information management system, e5, in various guises since 1997, with various re-procurements and exemptions. The current agreement expires 28 February 2027, and all contract extensions have been utilised.

 

The decision is to award and enter into a contract to the successful bidder for the provision and implementation of their proposed financial information management system for 10 years following the conclusion of a procurement process.
