Land/property exchange between the Trustees of the Dinnington Colliery Band and RMBC

To exercise the delegation to Assistant Director Property & Facilities acting as Property Officer (delegated by Assistant Director Planning, Regeneration & Transport) in consultation with the Council’s S151 Officer and the Cabinet Member for Transport, Jobs and the Local Economy to open negotiations and agree terms allowing the Council to enter into a land exchange agreement with the Trustees of the Dinnington Colliery Band (‘Landowners’) as part of Strategic Land Assembly for the Dinnington Regeneration Project.

 

Property interests at Plot 17 (colliery band land and property) known as 10 Constable Lane, Dinnington, S25 2PS. Registered at HM Land Registry under title number SYK655515 – Freehold interest to be transferred to the Council.

 

Proposed Plot of Land to be Exchanged Old Dinnington Library, Laughton Road, Dinnington, S25 2PS. Registered at HM Land Registry under title number SYK554604 (Freehold) – Freehold interest to be transferred to the Landowner subject to overage agreement (clawback).
