To approve minor amendments to the Housing Strategy 2025-2030.
On 15th September, Cabinet approved to delegate power to the Strategic Director for Adult Care, Housing and Public Health to approve minor amendments to the Housing Strategy.
These amendments include:
· Updating data and statistics on the housing market, council performance and the Council’s latest position on other policies and strategies.
· Adding text and a case study about anti-social behaviour to the Strategy, which was proposed by the Improving Places Select Commission on 2nd September 2025.
