This decision will be taken under urgency procedures.

Reason for urgency:
In accordance with Regulation 11 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012, that the following report is to be considered as being an urgent executive decision exempted from call-in and use of the special urgency procedure Town Centre Public Spaces Protection Order and a Dog Control Public Spaces Protection Order.

In accordance with Appendix 2 (Overview and Scrutiny Procedure Rules) of the Constitution the Chair of the Overview and Scrutiny Management Board, in consultation with the Leader of the Opposition have agreed that this report is urgent and cannot reasonably be deferred and that the call-in procedure shall not apply where the decision being taken by the Cabinet is urgent.

This decision is urgent in that any delay likely to be caused by the call-in process would seriously prejudice the Council’s or the public’s interests.
