This requires a notice in the Advertiser and street notices for the public and in some cases written letters. Cabinet member for Waste, Road and community safety Cllr Beck the Cabinet Member for Transport and Environment, Local Ward members, Statutory Consultees, including the Police and Road Haulage Association as well as the general public will also be written too as part of this process.
