In February and March 2021 wider consultation was also carried out with members of the Overview and Scrutiny Management Board and an all[1]Member Seminar in respect of utilising Council owned garage sites to deliver or enable new homes to be built. There were no recommendations from the Overview and Scrutiny Management Board to consider.
