To approve the disposal of 58 Quarry Hill Road, Wath Upon Dearne by auction and for this decision to be reported on the Forward Plan (Cabinet resolved to dispose of this asset by the most appropriate method to help expedite the process, whilst ensuring that best consideration is achieved under Section 123 – Local Government Act 1972). Accordingly, that the Assistant Director of Legal Services be instructed to prepare and complete the necessary legal documentation via auction.
