Purchase 14 new homes from the Beaumont Grange housing development in Treeton, which are Section 106 planning gain units.

 

Up to 40% of the cost to be funded by Right to Buy ‘1-4-1’ receipts, with the exact proportion to be determined by Corporate Finance on an annual basis.

All receipts resulting from the sale of shared ownership homes, both at the initial share and through future staircasing, to be returned to the HRA.
