To seek approval from Assistant Director to implement a traffic regulation order subject to no objections being received. If objections are received the report will be considered by Strategic Director. The effect of the order would be to introduce a 20mph zone on a new housing development currently under construction on the Swinden Labs site off Moorgate Road.
