The current contract for the Income Recovery rent collection software ends October 2023.
Due to the limitations within the marketplace for this type of predictive software, Housing Services would prefer to renew the contract with the incumbent supplier to allow the market to mature before completing a full procurement exercise in 3 years’ time. Stakeholder sessions with key decision makers have taken place to ensure the recommended approach is permissible.
The value over the 4-year term of the contract is £1.1M.
