Following submission of the Licensing Application on 13th September 2023, as part of the statutory 28 day consultation period, local residents, ward members and responsible authorities have the opportunity to comment on the application.  Should any objections be received then the matter will go to a hearing for consideration of the objections.  A condition of the licence ensures that an Event Management Plan is submitted to the Rotherham Events Safety Advisory Group.
