The current service level agreement (SLA) ends on 31 March 2024 and provides welfare benefits, debt, consumer and immigration advice to individuals.
A co-design has been undertaken and it is proposed to award grant-aid to a provider of this service over the three-year period 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2027 which will be considered at Cabinet in November. Subject to agreement at Cabinet, this decision will formally enter into the new Service Level Agreement.
