for older people and therefore requires integrated working with the
Cabinet members with responsibility for Housing and Public
Health

and prevention of hospitalisation.

Older People’s Strategy.

Learning disabilities, dementia, advocacy
and mental health.

Carers strategy and carers
centre.

Adult safeguarding including prevention
of adult abuse, 24/7 contact arrangements and transitional
arrangements from childhood to adulthood for people with complex
needs.

Member of the Health and Wellbeing
Board.
