• Councillor Gina Monk - Personal - Councillor Monk declared a personal interest in this item on the grounds of a close family member who was a business operator in the borough. As this was a non-pecuniary interest Councillor Monk remained in the chamber and voted on the item.

• Councillor Michael Bennett-Sylvester - Pecuniary - On the grounds of being a Council tenant but was granted a dispensation to vote.
• Councillor Nigel Harper - Pecuniary - On the grounds of his partner being a Council tenant but was granted a dispensation to vote.
• Councillor Victoria Cusworth - Personal - Have family who are Council Tenants.
